What’s the English translation of the inscription on Dartmouth’s undergraduate diploma?

The current Bachelor of Arts (AB) diploma, presented to undergraduates at Commencement each year, is inscribed in Latin and translates to:

"THE TRUSTEES OF DARTMOUTH COLLEGE
To all who read this document greeting:
Be it known that it has been decided to honor _______ in accord with his/her merits
To decorate him/her with the title of Bachelor of Arts and that we have bestowed upon him/her the fullest power
Of enjoying all the privileges and immunities and honors which everywhere on earth
Pertain to this same grade. Of which act let our official seal and names be for a witness.
Conferred from the academic halls in Hanover, New Hampshire on the ___ day
Of the month of ____ in the year, _____."

The text on the diploma has changed somewhat over the years, and is different from the diplomas awarded to graduates of Dartmouth’s graduate and professional programs.
