Are Dartmouth diplomas printed on paper or parchment?

All of Dartmouth's diplomas are printed by the College's Design, Printing, and Mailing Service, and are printed on paper. True "parchment," thinly stretched animal skin, is expensive and difficult to find and is highly susceptible to changes in humidity; today most parchment is paper-based.
