Who makes those terrific soups at the Collis Café, and which one is most popular?

Collis Café manager Don Reed tells us that the genius behind the Café’s popular soups is Rebecca Webb, who’s been a member of the Dartmouth Dining Services staff since 1998. The most popular of Webb’s creations, according to Reed, is spinach tortellini soup. Collis Café, which caters to students looking for a variety of fresh foods and an ever-changing menu, is also known for its selection of baked goods that are available daily. Collis is one of 12 on-campus dining locations run by Dartmouth Dining Services.
